The last appointment slot available each day is at 8:30 PM.
Sessions scheduled after 8:30 PM will be charged at double the standard session fee.
Please note that WhatsApp text sessions are generally discouraged, as therapy is most effective through direct interaction.
However, in special circumstances, a session conducted via WhatsApp text messages may be arranged at a fee of INR 2500 for 45 minutes.

​While our packages include a range of supportive resources—such as WhatsApp support, worksheets, meditation sessions, and techniques like EFT—these elements are not mandatory. They are tools I may choose to use based on what I believe will best benefit each individual client. In other words, I’ll tailor the use of these resources to fit your unique needs, and I might introduce other techniques as appropriate. Ultimately, the decision on which tools we’ll use is at my discretion, ensuring that you receive the most relevant and effective support.

Clients who purchase a package receive brief WhatsApp support, limited to a maximum of three minutes per interaction, either via text or call. This support is specifically for quick clarifications on the suggestions I’ve provided and for immediate challenges in applying them. It does not cover new issues, ongoing counseling, or extended discussions. To ensure quality and balance, clients may utilize this support up to a maximum of two times between sessions and not more frequently. Furthermore, this WhatsApp support is provided at my discretion and while it is included in the package, I reserve the right to limit or withhold it if it is being overused. Please also note that in case of an emergency—such as a panic attack or physical symptoms—my phone may not always be reachable. In such instances, please seek immediate medical attention at the nearest hospital.
